Seems like a bit of an older Holiday Inn. Room has some touch-ups, but carpet seems old. Towels were old and grayed. Bathroom is dated and the doors have older card reader type and very noisy. Doors don't muffle sounds from the hallway very well, a real bummer for hotels. Get a room on the golf course side bcz so much quieter and nice view. Vets get up front parking. No frills, no popcorn.. No free breakfast... No next time.

The hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. I would give them a 4 🌟 The 2 stars goes to the restaurant in the place. Dirty, waitress was slower than molasses on a winter's day. The food took forever to come out and once it was it was cold , had no flavor and seemed to have been heated in a microwave. Never would I ever eat there again.

Nice place for the price (they accept AARP and AAA discount). Clean restaurant/bar area with delicious food (I had the salmon dinner and was quite impressed). Was able to bring a few cocktails to the room from the bar (vs delivery of them to which there is a $5 charge). Comfy bed with choice of a two pillows - one firm, one soft. Buffet breakfast for $8.95 with free coffee and newspaper in lobby for those on the run. Only complaint I have (reason for 3 stars) is, I was looking forward to a morning swim in the half indoor/outdoor pool...the water is nice and heated but the pool is filled with dirt and their is no circulation, very disappointed. If you don't care about a pool, this hotel is a great choice.

This place is a must stop for us whenever in the area. Excellent staff, food, comfortable, a great place to stay if traveling with a pet. We always look forward to arriving here as we know we will be comfortable, and happy with all the amenities, including room service. Anyone passing through the area , will not find a better deal, at a better price. Thank you to Jacqueline and Tamra, and staff for making our stay, once again an enjoyable experience.o

If it wasn't for the front desk staff, this review would be zero stars. I've stayed here a number of times, and have never had a problem. This time, it has been nothing but issues. One room has a broken toilet, where you have to reach into the tank and pull the chain to flush the toilet, and the other has a neatly made bed of dirty sheets and a comforter covered in dog hair and some kind of brown stains. The front desk couldn't get into the room for clean sheets, but they gave me a blanket to lay on top of the bed to sleep on for the night. Ordered dinner from the restaurant to be sent to our room, and after a 2 hour wait, we called and were told it was on its way up. 45 minutes after that, we are told they delivered our meals to another room on a completely different floor by mistake( and the people took the food!). Now it's 3 hours after ordering, with no food, hungry kids, and an unhappy wife. At least I never have to stay here ever again.
