Great service! Barbara at the bar is amazing. Lunch and dinner have great options. Easy to get to off of I 81! Go check them out!

Interesting menu with variety.  NOT recommended for vegetarian or vegan. There were no options

The Bartender was very knowledgeable and funny. "Kelly" made the atmosphere great! Drinks were so delicious. However, the food was not cooked to our ordering preference. The steaks have not been cooked to our liking yet. Now we order other items. 

We have also had a To-Go order recently. We were extremely disappointed with our food, when we arrived home. $60 spent on soggy in cooked food  sides were missing as well. Very disappointed with this service.

I stopped eating at this Applebee's a long time ago because of thier service and food was always just "ahhh".  Well I have tried it again twice in the past couple months just to see if it's gotten any better.  
The answer "Heck NO", it's gotten even worse!!!   My first visit we (5 children and myself) got sat right next to the bar during slow hours...I mean the place was empty!  I had to sit there and listen to the bar tender and waitress's cussing and talking about disgusting sex factors well my kids were listening!!  We leave and my 8year old daughter is asking me about sex with black men as that what she was hearing!!  Family restaurant...I THINK NOT!  keep in mind we heard all this well are cups were empty and we'd been waiting 30 mins on our food!!  

Second trip...just myself and 2 kids...both my kids ordered the Mac and cheese...and when they get it...it's not even FRESH... seriously it looked and tasted like yesterday's leftovers!!  My daughter wouldn't eat it...so they did remake it...but by the time it came out I was done eating my food!!  The sad part...I didn't even get offered a discount!!  Now I don't throw a fit about these things!!  But seems to me if you give a customer bad food...and ruin the meal for the whole table, you should take care of that.  
Final words...go somewhere else for dinner,. This place believes they don't have to take care of customers!!  There's many great restaurants in the area that won't leave you with a bad taste in your mouth!!

Kind of a hit and miss with the bartender service. But the happy hour drinks are good deals and a lot cheaper to come here rather than Chili's.
