HOLIDAY, I WILL NEVER USE YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN!  Holiday has lost a previously loyal customer.  

I was overcharged and when I brought it up to the clerk (Aubrey), all I got was a blank stare and a shrug.  

I purchased several soft drinks for my family which were on special if you purchase 2 of the same brand.  I purchased a total of four drinks (2 Coke's and 2 Pepsi's), I was charged for 3 Coke's and 1 Pepsi.  Because of this simple error, I was overcharged.  I mentioned this to the clerk, Aubrey, he stared blankly at the receipt then the cash register.  After 60 seconds of him thinking about this extremely difficult task, he shrugged his shoulders and said I was charged less than I was supposed to have been.  I calmly explain it to him, showing him the line items on the receipt and what I should have been charged.  I could tell that he wasn't understanding how $2.22 + $2.50 = $4.77 is less than $6.85 (what I was charged).  I tried again, with no success.  One last try yielded the same result.  I left exasperated.

Holiday, please employ cashiers with at least a fourth grade understanding of mathematics.  Aubrey doesn't possess these skills and it has cost you a previously loyal customer.

I was very disappointed and unsatisfied when I went in to this location today. Ive been here plenty of times before. I know the employees and have never had issues. Today one of the employees was having a rough day, she was fighting back tears. Once i asked if she was okay, she broke into full tears. She then stated that she was just stressed. I told her she needed a break and she stated that the employees cant take a break. Well I then turned to the other gentleman who was helping another customer and told him he needed to send her out to take a breather. No employee should be on the floor under these circumstances. I am a manager over a hair salon, I understand that breaks aren't mandatory, but if you want to keep GREAT employees under your care.. Then start caring for them!!! You will lose great employees when ignoring their needs. Huge heads up. I wouldnt blame her if she quits. An honestly I never want to go back into your location. Ill switch to maverik, in which i despise!!!! So please take action towards this and treat your employees with care.

Holiday Inc. has really stepped up their service. Their fountain drinks are the best. They keep tje nozzles clean unlike alot of those other gas stations... Friendly workers,.. 5 stars

I like Sinclair well and I love having a gas card. However I really don't like this location I feel like it's very dirty and not well-kept. I also hate that you have to ask for the key to use the restroom.
