I'm giving them two Stars instead of one because I like Maverick the company its self, this was my experience... I walked in to prepay for fuel for my car and the woman working the counter was wearing dark makeup and I complimented her on it because I liked the way it looked, anyways after giving her my compliment she looked at me and said you look quote-unquote "high". And my first response was just shock. This isn't my first time having problems with their customer service. I woke up at 5:30 this morning and was running errands all day and forgot to take my contacts out last night so they were gooey and irritating my eyes so I looked tired and my eyes were probably a little red from the irritation of my contacts. I worked in customer service for several years before getting my degree, for me to give someone a compliment and for them to reply back that I look "high" isn't very friendly customer service. I also had an incident with a different woman working there that thought my ID was fake. Also their gas prices said $2.29 today when in fact when I paid for regular fuel, which is of course the cheapest fuel you can purchase, it was actually $2.53 a gallon. Their prices were wrong and their customer service is awful. I help run the anti-drug program at Salt Lake Community College and also helped rewrite it last semester to better the awareness of the opioid epidemic in the country, so for someone to say that I look high after I just gave them a compliment was quite a slap in the face. When I said excuse me? I've never been high, she laughed at me and said really? Their customer service in my experience has been absolutely awful, and looking through other reviews I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with employees treating us like we are less than human. When you work in customer service you should have a positive attitude and not insult a paying customer that has given you a compliment none the less. They really need to reevaluate the employees that they hire.

The layout of this new store is awesome. You can quickly find what you are looking for. And it's big enough that you don't have to bump elbows with a bunch of people just to get food. Looking forward to them updating other stores.

This new store looks nice and is more convenient than the one across the street... HOWEVER the service is definitely lacking... Went for breakfast at 8:30 to find ONLY 2 burritos, nothing else available. Went for lunch, ordered a pizza. They were out of one of the ingredients, they did not bother to tell me - just added extra cheese. When I informed them I did not want it because it was not complete I was treated as the bad guy !! To top it off, no manager available and nobody answers the phone !!! Maverik, you are losing my business slowly but surely

The graveyard shift on Dec 23 rd Friday night the female employee was so rude treated us like we inconvienced her to have to ring up gas she took awhile to come to register then said why couldn't you use your card at pump I will never go to this maverik again she needs to be fired can't believe we hire people in customer service who hate dealing with people.
