Great people, don't have to ask for a bag for your items. They seem to genuinely appreciate their customers. Great "tone at the top" reflected staff-wide.

Worst customer service EVER!!  I came in to get my regular breakfast fare I was told to come back later.  At the same time I asked for my lottery ticket to be checked,  I was told to use the self-serve machine.  This is as neither employee is exerting themselves to assist customers.  I will NEVER spend another dime here.  And will never be back, I spread the word on their service, or lack thereof.

Horrible experience today with employees I haven't seen before. An employee with absolutely no customer service know how.  Hardly said two words to me.  In the middle of checking me out he walks to the back of counter sits down and never gets back up to complete checking me out.

Another employee comes to check me out but completely messes up my order and gives me attitude for her and her coworkers incompentence.  Please hire people who have a vocabulary of more than two words and can complete checking someone out before they go sit down.

I've always had good experiences here but this is definitely upsetting.

12/3/2016--It was a lot longer line than usual and the female employee at the register gave us a big smile and thanked us for our patience. Who does that? Everyone here is kind with great attitudes, which only makes sense because that's the way the manager I frequently see here is. Great Holiday location.
