Stay away! These apartments are poorly built, poorly maintained, and management does not care! I have lived in apartments in both Maryland and Pennsylvania over the past 5 years and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. You will never have peace and quiet living here! It is understandable to have some noise living in apartments but the noise at these apartments are unbearable! They DO allow children\babies despite what you are told which both are loud by nature, then on top of having poorly built walls\sound barrier. Forget it, you will never rest living here! I had to move into the guest bedroom because my neighbors have an infant and I couldn't sleep at all in the master bedroom which is right beside their room. You can always hear doors slamming, people talking, I can hear my neighbors phone ring! I have cracks near the ceilings in all of my walls and the dishwasher is extremely loud! I have to run the dishwasher when I leave to run errands because you can not stand it while you are at home. I have called and complained about the noise of the dishwasher and I just informed that if it is not broke, too bad! The people who own these apartments are just out to make money and they get plenty of it! They way over-charge for these apartments and the quality is so poor! They don't care about you or your quality of living at all! It is your best interest to find somewhere else to live, this place is not worth all the hassle you will have living here! WORST APARTMENT EVER!

Originally I wrote this: After leaving Howard Hanna Johnston Realty disappointed, I made an appointment with Cyndi at Holliday Real Estate. She was simply fabulous. She listened to me in regards to what I wanted in a place, was very understanding of my needs, and took me to see AMAZING places. I signed a lease for the first one she showed me and couldn't be happier! After living in a rental with Holliday Real Estate, I have grown extremely disappointed. Verbal agreements made before signing the lease have fallen by the wayside (e.g., "no children will be living in the building"). There is NO open communication or honesty between the management and the tenants. Cyndi is the only employee, and while I have tried to remain empathetic, it's difficult since she has made no efforts to resolve any situations that have arisen in the past few months. Also, Holliday Real Estate likes to raise the rent $50 every year, and with the present economy, I find this disturbing.

You will be sorry using Holliday Real Estate. The units are over priced and there is absolutely no maintenance. They are just out to make a quick buck.
