I absolutely adore Hollister clothing. I have shopped there since I was 13 and have been impressed with their service. At times there is a little vagueness on prices, contact information, and shipping but other than that I LOVE their brand. I do not have a Hollister store in the town I live in now and I miss getting good quality clothing. There sales are spectacular and prices are usually well priced!

Sometimes they have pretty great deals going. Service is always friendly, never had an issue.

My daughters needed jeans and Hollister fits them well. One tried on seven pairs, the other four, before they decided on the one pair each that worked best. I purchased them, but the disappointment and exasperation of the experience deserves mentioning. 1. No one helped us during the 30+ minutes we were in the store, except to unlock the fitting room door. 2. The music is way too loud. 3. It's super dark inside and you can't see size markings on the clothing. 4. It smells terrible. 5. Signs reading "Clothing optional past this point" flank the dressing room entry. 6. One girl was giving a massage to another girl at the checkout counter. 7. The jeans came in a bag with a male sex object that embarrasses me and my daughters to carry. My girls are 11 and 13. I expect better service and better marketing to this age group. Girls this age are impressionable and want to identify with older girls and a strong female figure. This store gave my two amazing daughters absolutely nothing to aspire to or to identify with, yet contrarily, suggested they are allowed to think of themselves as sex objects. While I like the SoCal style of the clothes, the marketing and service to this demographic is deplorable. Hollister needs to shape up because we have a country of girls being raised with this as their inspiration. Badly done, Hollister.
