The "manager" is terribly rude. He makes fun of customers behind their backs. I've seen him, on many occasions, make fun of a mentally handicapped kid who frequents the mall. I was in gamestop and he had one of his employees connect their device to a Bluetooth speaker and blare really profane music. This was still during store hours, and there was a kid in gamestop just a few minutes beforehand. I don't know how such a rude and irresponsible person could be a manager for as long as he has. I've heard of many complaints to the mall about this guy, and nothing has been done to fix the matter.

the staff were all really friendly and helped me with what I needed. however, what appeared to be the store manager was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. definitely not going when he's working again.
