Whew! That's all I can say for how hard it was to get my 40 footer in there. Real tight! BUT, there is light at the end of the tunnel, as they are in the process of remodeling and opening up the sites a bit for more space. I think it will still be tight to get in, but you will have more space in the site. ALSO, I don't like sharing a pad with anyone, cus we have dogs and they are making some of their sites to be partners sites. This is where 2 sites come in from different sides and end up facing the awnings over one pad...fun if you know who is over there! The location was a little crazy to get to, BUT was really nice to be right on the middle of everything we wanted to see. I never felt that it was unsafe!

A small KOA with lots of charm. Outdoor furniture to relax around the campfire. Clean laundry facilities. Great RV sites. About 50 sites. Handled our after hours emergency immediately. Couldn't be happier with their response and professionalism. Very nice people. Very personable. The prices are a little high but the site furnishings are a step up from the warped wooden picnic tables.

This park is to small for 40 ft plus rigs. I was in spot 20 and miserable. When I walked out my door I almost hit my head on my neighbors slide. My patio was right next to my neighbors septic system. I was so close to neighbors, I was unable to open awning. The park is definitely in a low income neighborhood. I wish I had stayed in an RV park in Ft Lauderdale. If you are on a budget with a 20-30 ft rig, this may be the place for you, but take my advice and stay elsewhere.

Nice site for the size. If we had a smaller trailer it would have been better. A 40 foot 5th wheel was too much. Nice staff and a good owner. They are improving the sites a lot and the design is very nice
