Please avoid , overprice , the pool is broken and we pay for it , overprice , 650 to 675.  All camp durty wrongly mantain.Avoid

Used to be decent the demographics have moved down,  anything not bolted down will disappear.  New management has raised long term to $650  a month, amenities are a joke.  Has sewage problems, lift stations that don't function properly.  GROSS! Avoid this place, you can find nicer parks for a lot less $.  Look elsewhere.

STAY AWAY 
HORRIBLE and raised rent to 675!!!!!!!!   includes only water.   dirty.  and the office staff is rudest people ever unbelievable.  ive spent almost 2 years here and i cant wait to leave ....   Dirty DIRTY water smells bad also  if i could rate it a zero i would

August 2016. Extremely disappointing!  We had reservations and when we arrived there was nobody in the office during office hours. Someone else took our site and was told to just pick one that was empty. We were charged high season rates and dealt with huge ant infestation the second day in, flooding throughout the campground, sewer drain cap was labeled "water" and it was difficult to determine which hookup belonged to our site. We would never come back nor recommend this place to our RV friends.

STAY AWAY
The park is a complete mess. It is quite overcrowded and overpriced. It is dirty, with garbage all over the place. Very transient park with minimal amenities. The residents, rather snow birds galore, are none too accepting nor gracious. This all makes for a very unpleasant experience. Not a place to camp.
