Photographers beware: if any piece of gravestone appears in any of your pictures, they will demand you to delete your photos. The only exception is for celebrities ‘graves. But, c’mon: it’s a cemetery. There are graveyards wherever you point your camera. It would be more honest if they just forbid cameras. This way at least I would've not had to chat with an extremely rude security guard. He just asked (obligated) me to delete ALL my photos. It was such a terrible and unpleasant experience.

My favorite thing to do in summer! They show awesome old movies. Just take a blanket, wine, and some munchies and have a great time with your friends! Good date place too. They always have a DJ while you wait for the movie to start, and a really cool photo Booth with the theme of the movie for that night. Even if you get there just before the movie begins, it's not too hard to find a little spot to set up camp.

I understand this cemetery is second right behind Forest Lawn Los Angeles Hollywood hills in the number of celebrities buried here.

If I could give a 0 review I would. My family and I stopped by this Cemetery about a month ago looking to get information on cemetery properties. A guy by the name of Jaris Hernandez Sol was assigned to us. However, I can't begin to express how disappointed and enraged I feel that we got allured to do business with them based on lies. Sales people in this kind of business take advantage of peoples emotional vulnerability. A guy by the name of Jaris Herandez Sol came to greet us and assisted us on the process sometime around April. However, he did not introduce himself as a sales rep. Instead, his business card identified him as a "supervisor." After explaining our worries to Jaris he assured us that if we open a contract with them we will be able to use the space we choose when needed and continue making payments. However, this Jaris guy was looking to make a quick sale. He did not mention to us during our meeting, the most important clauses of the contract. Which is, clients must pay in full the cost of the property before having access to it. On May 4 we came back to speak to Jaris and related to him that our family member had passed. So he told us that we now needed to speak to Adela Marquez. She would be the one to finalize the arrangements. It was her, who told us we needed to pay 100% of the contract before we could access the property. My family and myself feel Jaris, had wilfully misrepresented the contract and manipulated our emotions by not relating the most important aspect of the sale. And now, we have no where to put our beloved family member. If you are looking for burial grounds, I would advise for you to shop elsewhere. Hollywood Forever is not a reputable cemetery. It is not worthy of your time. We came to find out a few days ago that there are more people who are also victims of these types of sales fraud.
