I have been coming to this salon every two weeks for the past 6 months. When I first started visiting, the service was great. The past few times I’ve been, it’s gotten progressively worse each time. Today, I received the worst pedicure I’ve ever had from Trina. She was excessively rough and managed to scrub my big toe with a pumice until I was bleeding, then acted like it never happened. I also got an SNS manicure which was sloppy. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and clean the excess powder from underneath. When I went to pay, I received no remorse from the receptionist. I told her I would never be coming back, and she simply said, “okay, I’ll just add that to the list of complaints.” She never attempted to rectify the situation, never told a manager I was unhappy, and still charged me full price ($70) for both services. It’s ridiculous that I spend over $100 including tip here every two weeks and they don’t even care to apologize. I will never refer another person or pay another visit.

Sandy is amazing! She always does a phenomenal job at my nails! She truly takes the time and effort to make sure that your nails are perfect! She's very particular about her work, which I love, and she's so friendly and personable! I absolutely love going to see her! And the staff here is very friendly. Do yourself a favor and ask for her, she never disappoints!

They’re good if you want simple nails, but anything fancy or beyond a simple pink and white ombré will turn out lumpy. A couple people like Sandy and Billy are really good but some techs refuse to do really long nails. My nails today are a lumpy joke and they’re just red gel painted acrylics (And the front receptionist is rude af, like?? Your a receptionist shouldn’t you be nice?)

Got a gel manicure and the lady spent maybe 10 minutes on it, there was paint all over my fingers as if a 6 year old had painted my nails. I could have done a better job myself. I won’t be returning to this nail salon.
