Everyone knows that the most fun way of spending your hard earned money is NOT on a new AC Unit. However, here in Florida, when your AC fails, you get it fixed, and when you do, look no further than Holt Phillips. Our experience with this company from the people running the office all the way to the technicians was absolutely exceptional! Not only did they show up sooner than promised to asses the situation, they came back an hour later to lend us a window AC unit (and installed it too!) to keep us comfortable until they could install our brand new Trane unit just a few short days later. They arrived to install the new unit with plenty of assistance and completed the job much quicker than I expected, being polite and informative all the way through and even took the time to clean up our flooring when they were done! I would recommend this company to anyone who has a need for any of their services: Air Conditioning, Electrical, Marine Appliances, Duct Work, Hot Water Heaters, Etc. Thanks again to Jan, Evan and the whole crew! Our family appreciates each of you!

I had an issue with my outdoor electrical outlets. I called Holt Phillips and they were out that afternoon and fixed the issue very professionally and efficiently. I will definitely call them again.

Six services contacted. Holt Phillips was one of two who actually answered the phone a and the only one that could provide service that day. They arrived as hoped and expected. Dustin checked everything; gave a detailed explanation as to the cause of this problem; and made all the necessary repairs. Dustin was polite, professional, informative and thorough. 5 stars!

We've had creeping dysfunction with a ceiling fan / light fixture. First it rocked so badly when the fan was on that the light would go out, so we quit using the fan. Finally the light died as well. We called Holt today and they had someone out in 30 min. The service person was great: courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. Even though he hadn't worked on a ceiling fan this old with this particular mount, he was able to fix not only the electrical problems but figured out how to get the rocking and clattering to stop. He also located the switch to reverse the blade direction and set it for the warmer weather now setting in. The price was what we have experienced with other house calls by plumbers and others: min $80 charge. Since the work was accomplished in the initial half hour, that was the total charge. We'll definitely use them again and recommend them to the neighbors who didn't have any electricians to suggest when we called them! NICE JOB guys!! Thanks - It's cooler already in the computer room! :-)
