We were extremely pleased with McCullough and would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone!  There’s never a good time for your air conditioner to go out, but especially not when your husband is deployed.  I was nervous about finding a reputable, trustworthy company, and luckily, all the online reviews I read pointed me to McCullough.  They quickly scheduled a same-day appointment to come inspect, and they were polite and professional.  The owner explained everything to me in detail, including all the options, and then also spoke with my husband by phone, after-hours.  He answered all our questions and made us feel confident in his recommendations.  The next day, the technicians did a great job and finished in about half the time they had expected.  The owner came by during the installation to check on everything and then stayed a few minutes after the crew left to make sure everything was in tip-top shape.  He had excellent communication with us throughout the process.  Now that my husband is back in the US, he and a friend (who used to do A/C work) inspected the air conditioner, and they are 100% satisfied.  We are happy to know there is such a great local company in town that we can trust and recommend to anyone who finds themselves in need.  A+!  Thanks, McCullough!  :)

Mr. McCullough and his team provided fast and courteous service when my mother-in-law’s air conditioner totally failed.  They were able to install a new system in very short time and for a very reasonable price.  She was thrilled with their professionalism and willingness to answer her every question.  We can highly recommend them!

We've had McCullough Air come out a couple of times for various and they've always been quick, very knowledgeable, and the customer service is always top notch. I recommend them anytime someone asks me about air conditioning.

Great service!  A/C stopped working, they diagnosed via phone, then at 9:30 pm (about 30 min after first speaking to them) came to our house to fix it!  Explained everything he was doing and what we could do to prevent future problems.  Will definitely use them again and tell my friends.

If I could give these guys more stars I would. My wife and I had just had our daughter on a Thursday, my parents were in town from out of state and staying at our house. On Saturday morning my parents noticed something was wrong with the AC unit outside and let me know. I called up McCullough (still at the hospital waiting for them to release our daughter) and let him know that there was a problem with the unit and he said he could be there in about 45 min. Once he showed up to the house he fixed the AC unit quickly and waited around a little bit for the house to start cooling off because he refused to let our newborn baby come home to a hot house. If that's not great customer service I don't know what is. These guys are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone whose in need of help with their AC/heat.
