Tiffany was great. She was helpful without being pushy. She was willing to show us many choices and answered all our questions. One thing I really liked is that she would sit down on a piece of furniture close to where we were sitting to talk about things. This felt more personal than when a sales person stands in front of you while you are sitting on something much lower than them. We will definitely return for any other furniture needs we have!

Amazing delivery crew! We had a set of bunk beds and mattresses scheduled for delivery between 8:15 and 10:15 am on Sunday, April 15. This was right in the middle of the "historic" blizzard, with closings throughout the Twin Cities. We fully expected to be called and notified that our delivery was going to be delayed. Instead, we got a call before 8:00 that they were on their way. That is nothing short of amazing service! We have purchased from HOM many, many times throughout the years, and based on this experience, we will continue to do so!

Rune Hanson  at the Little Canada store was so helpful in the purchase of a new rug.  He was knowledgable and patient.  When I misunderstood that my purchase could not be picked up that day, he carried the rug to our car so we didn't have to take a 50 mile trip back the next day to get it.  This was "customer service" at its finest.  And I love my rug!

We have been shopping for a mattress for the last month and coming up with mixed results and no decisions. We decided to check out the sleep express on a whim and we actually found one! The salesman, Josh, was just what we needed to finally make a decision. He wasn't pushy, he was laid back and very informative. He knew his stuff and gave us some air to breath while we were perusing the goods. After all the showrooms and businesses we have been in the last month, Josh proved to be the best salesman that we have come across. Kudos.

Not only does this place offer the biggest selection, they have phenomenal sales representatives. David Gray helped us pick out the perfect recliner with great expertise and honesty. He also worked his magic and got my husband to buy furniture for our unfinished basement! Fun guy with great sense of style!
