I just want to say Emilio was a gentleman and very knowledgeable on his products.  Normally I would never order furniture without seeing it in person but he knew exactly what I wanted.   Great customer service!   Delivery went well no issues and exactly in the time he said it would be delivered.  Good job!!!

I did purchase my furnitures here and they are always good and 100% customer satisfaction. Both Edwin and Emilio are good to customers.

Great customer service and selection to choose from. Making a purchase was simple and straightforward and I wasn’t pressured to make a purchase at all. Great experience overall.

Had a great experience ordering my home office furniture here.  Emilio, the manager of the store, was very polite, friendly and professional.  He called me back as promised after checking the availability of the items I wanted to order.  He also patiently worked with me to find the best possible pricing, warranty, discounts and also a convenient delivery schedule.  Hope they keep up with this professionalism and 'elegant' service all the way through the completion/delivery of my order.  Would buy from them again, and definitely recommend them to anyone.

I'm in love with my new furniture!!!! I bought a living room and dining set, quality has exceeded my expectations.I'm very satisfied with the services offered by Home Elegance Furniture. I needed the furniture urgently and they made it possible for that to happen. Delivery team did an excellent job taking care of every detail so that the furniture did not suffer any damage. Very professional, respectful and an exceptional knowledge. It will definitely be my place to continue buying my furniture. I highly recommend Home Elegance furnuture!!!
