The store itself usually has a great selection and is fairly clean- I'd rate the location a 3/4.

Unfortunately today (Aug 13, 2015) there was a horrible female manager with dark hair, pretty tall, who was just AWFUL. So mean-hearted, zero compassion, and rude. I was shopping alone with my 2 daughters (16 months and 6 years) and I desperately needed to use a restroom. Frightened to leave my children outside unattended, I brought in my shopping cart. I had completely forgotten about the $6 package of rags in the bottom of my basket under where the baby was sitting. This manager also came in to use the restroom while I was in a stall. All I heard was someone speaking loudly to my oldest little girl, so I quickly finished and walked out. The manager was yelling at her to leave the bathroom because carts weren't allowed. First off, there were not signs saying a cart wasn't allowed, second, do not yell at a child let alone ask them to leave where their mother set them, and third- try some empathy. Where was I going to set a 16month old? There wasn't a baby seat or changing table in the restroom.
She was angry about the hand towels and I apologized saying I had forgotten them in the cart in my rush to use the restroom, and should have left them outside. I giggled trying to diffuse the situation and said, and what do you do with the baby in the restroom, she won't stand patiently at my feet. I wish! And the woman said, well you take the baby out of the cart and figure it out, in a harsh and condensending tone. I said, so I have to bring in my own stroller then? To which she then ignored my kids and I and went into a stall.
I left without making my purchase or finishing shopping. I was so angry and upset. I frequent that store biweekly, sometimes weekly, I love their products! But I will not be going back with that manager at that store. I'll find another location. My daughter was scared saying that a stranger wanted her to leave with baby sissy- that was enough for me.

The customer service is fairly good! They could be a bit more welcoming and more patient with customers. Although they have some employees that stand out and are surpurb with greeting and helping customers! Overall I thoroughly enjoy shopping here!

good customer service.  TJ maxx and homegoods are both under the same roof unlike my other location where they are both independent stores.

Anyways a great place to browse for potential clothes and goods. It can be hit or miss on the home goods side depending on how full the shelves are.

Nice store never had a problem here and the location is very convenient. The cashiers are very friendly and the fact that it is combined with Home Goods is amazing. Love this store.
