My wife and I have been going to this store for a little more than a year now. The staff is always unhelpful and indifferent to a customer's presence, at best. We tried to purchase a mirror during our most recent visit, however since it was a very large mirror we asked the cashier at the front if they could have someone bring the mirror to the front. We were told to wait at the mirror and someone would meet us there. After 10 minutes went by my wife went back to the front to ask again to which the lady responds, "I dunno I told someone to help." It's at this time the lady next to her decides to help by yelling across the store to another employee "Hey help this lady in mirrors" to which the man yells back "I'm helping someone else" which prompts her to reply "Well help her in mirrors when you're done." Again, after waiting 10-15 minutes I just grabbed the mirror and dragged it to the front myself. Always an unpleasant experience at this store. My wife and I will no longer be visiting this location.

While this store has friendly employees, their stock is very poor (both in what I need as well as descriptions for stuff I'm interested in). Additionally, the layout is extremely poor, making it very difficult to even find what I'm looking for. As an example, I was looking for a foaming hand soap dispenser. So I went to the bath section. They had only liquid soap dispensers. So I asked an employee and he takes me over to the kitchen section, where the bulk of the hand soap dispensers are located. In the kitchen section... Who thinks that the hand soap dispensers should be in the kitchen section?!? That's for the dishwasher soap! And to top that, none of the dispensers even described whether they were for foam or liquid soap. One can't put foam soap into a liquid dispenser (or vice versa). So I couldn't buy any as I couldn't tell which one would work.

Okay BBB. Very tight isles and overstuffed shelves. They have a decent selection but navigating through and finding items takes a little while. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service, worst management. I bought two items and returned one after two days, instead of doing return they did it a purchase. When i showef then wat they have done they only dis a return for one item saying we did it.. worst place to shop i told them to check their cameras but no they dnt accept their fault and instead started sounding saying ok we will do for you but its not yours..
