I am a first time home owner, recently out of college, looking for my first house.  Home Realty was highly recommended by family members, which have had great look purchasing their homes.  I was looking for a small house I could work on, and learn how to do repairs and improvements.  Home Reality found the right home for me, pointing out items that needed done, so I could prepare myself for what I was about to embark.  The closing went great, even though we had to work with HUD, I have no complaints.   I've enjoyed working on this little house, and look forward to living in my home for many years to come, or until I need a larger house, of which time, I'll search out Home Reality for the journey.

We are new to IA and luckily ended up working with Home Realty. Our realtor (Leasa and also Michelle) worked patiently and diligently with us for 6 months until we decided on the right place. Always upbeat, honest, responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. She cheerfully indulged our whims while providing solid, diplomatic advice on housing and locations. These folks have lifelong connections and knowledge of the Pella area which is a tremendous help for newcomers like us. 

This story says it all:  Before we had moved in, we were celebrating the holidays out of state and our new neighbors called Leasa because we had an alarm going off in the house. Leasa called us while she was on her way to check it in person and later was able to give us the "all-clear." This was on Christmas day! We highly recommend Home Realty.
