We worked with Jill Veenstra and had a wonderful experience. We purchased a house built in 1920 so it needed some work before we could even close. Jill had all of the connections we needed to get the job done and required no effort on our part to contact and complete the projects that needed finished. Everyone she recommended was incredibly professional and worked efficiently and effectively to help get us to closing. She communicated thoroughly with us through the whole process so we never had to guess what was going on. We had worked with a different realtor in the past that didn’t even come close to providing the care and experience that Jill provided us. I strongly recommend her if you are looking to buy a home in the Marion or Jasper county area. We are clients for life.

I worked directly with Jill when making my move to Pella.  She was able to set me up with an amazing rental house and two years later I made the jump to buy.  She was amazing to work with, was very patient with me and encouraged me to look at places I never thought I would love.  I found the perfect home at the absolute perfect time.  Props to Jill and her team at Pella Realty.

We have worked with Jill Vande Weerd a couple times now, and we have been very satisfied with her help. She is on the ball, finds great properties in line with what we were looking for, and notified us quickly enough that we were often able to be one of the first to look at several places. She was also quick to act when it was needed to secure contracts and very professional and prompt with negotiations. We would recommend her as your real estate agent.

We’ve had very good experiences both selling and buying homes with Pella Realty. The agents were very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions.  The realtors are very knowledgeable and do an excellent job of putting a person at ease during the buying and selling process, which of course can be very stressful. I highly recommended Pella Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Pella area.
