They will go overboard to assist you with the sale or purchase of a home. I recently just moved here and my buying agent Curt helped me as much as my selling agent did on the sale of my house. I wish I could have given him both commissions because he definitely earned them. These people are always available and very quick to respond to any of your needs or questions. My agent even helped me find things like good places to eat or furniture needs etc. Thanks Curt

***The broker above Steve personally called me to apologize for what happened with a former agent.  He came across professionally, since Steve has left this company I have updated my review.  At least they cared enough to try to make it right and apologize.***

I have used them three times.   They did sell my home, although the market was good so anyone could have sold it.   I had a bad experience, that was mostly due to Steve Beasley.  My home purchase nearly fell through because he went on vacation without finishing some paperwork(or letting me know he would be unavailable).  He didn't submit the home inspection invoice to the lender, so months after closing I got a angry phone call from the inspector who hadn't been paid.  

And to top it off, after he made a large commission on my house sale, and purchase of another, I was not even sent a thank you card.   The whole experience has made me talk a few people out of using home source when selling thier home.
