Rita Parker was a wonderful real estate agent to work with. The first time we went to her looking as a buyer.  When she could not find what we were looking for she handed us over to someone to built our home. Years later when we were ready to sell, we called her again.  This time it was effortless and painless.   Rita took us through everything step by step how it was going to happen,  and it did exactly as she said it would. This is definitely a Realtor that works for you,  and wants to give the people what they want, not just there to make money. The best experience I have ever had with a Realtor!

From start to finish, our experience as out-of-state buyers was easier and more fun than we could have imagined possible. Rita Parker anticipated our needs and was able to select properties that we'd like and weed out those we wouldn't. Throughout the home-buying process, she consistently demonstrated her knowledge, honesty, and thoughtfulness. She used her considerable experience to point out important details we would have otherwise failed to notice and alert us to unexpected repair or maintenance costs down the road. Never, ever pushy or sales-y, Rita was an absolute pleasure to be around during house-shopping and even when it came time work through the fine print. After closing, she continued to be a valuable resource and a friendly presence in a new place. The Casper area is lucky to have Rita and the No Place Like Home team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great business! We have bought and sold 3 homes with Rita Parker and she's always gone above and beyond to keep everything on track. Give them a call if you want a realtor who truly cares about her clients and isn't in it just to make a buck.

This was our first time working with Rita.  Boy, are we glad that we selected her to sell our rental house in Casper!  She has an exceptional knowledge of the Natrona County real estate market and went well beyond the normal service we've received from other realtors we’ve worked with in the past.  We are absentee landlords so couldn't be onsite to prepare the house for showing.  Rita arranged for all aspects of necessary prep work (cleaning, landscaping, minor remodeling, etc.) and oversaw all the work in our absence.  She also staged the home perfectly which allowed for a quick sale.  We are extremely pleased with her work and professionalism and would recommend Rita Parker to anyone planning to market their home in the Casper area.
