We had a very timely and professional experience with this company.  Brent Hulsey is the specialist for Lafayette and he did an excellent job following through on all our details.  Materials and workmanship were quality.  We had a leak issue and the person who came to check it out was very polite, thorough, and professional.  I would highly recommend dealing with Brent and this company.

One word - Integrity. A miscommunication resulted in the wrong color shingles going up on my roof. When I noticed they were about 1/3 of the way through. I called Mike, he came out immediately, stopped the crew, ordered the correct color and had them delivered the next day. This thing could have gone off the rails in a hurry with everyone pointing fingers at eachother. But it didn’t. Mike didn’t hesitate. He owned the issue even with some uncertainty as to who was at fault, offered a couple of solutions, and ultimately took the hit. Yes, the job took a little longer but, in the end, I got a great-looking, high-quality roof and I am a very happy customer. Only with a little adversity do you really learn who you are working with. These guys get it.

Our roof looks amazing!! We had a few minor communication issues with the salesman, but the owner Mike was quick to resolve them. I would highly recommend dealing with Mike again.

I called and scheduled an inspection after the hail storm with Brian.  He never showed up.  I called again two weeks later and was told they had a guy in Lafayette would give me a call.  Surprise... he never called.  Wouldn't do business with these guys.
