The Store in Weatherford has a big inventory and a very friendly, accommodating staff. Their price was competitive and they went out of their way to gain the sale. The only thing that was a difficulty was the delivery. The furniture was supposed to be delivered between 12-4, per the call that was received confirming the time. However, when 4:00 came on the confirmed date, there was still no furniture. After calling the store I was told the time that was set in their system was 3-7, but they did let me know the weather had slowed them down and "it wouldn't be much later". The furniture was delivered and set up quickly and all questions asked were answered by friendly, efficient staff about 6:30.

walked in nice people found what we liked for a dining room set with 6 chairs almost 900.00 with delivery charge i said ok ill buy it get up too counter corey our too be salesperson very nice said delivery is on tuesday and saturday im thinking great lets set it up for saturday oops i was mistaken its only on tuesday no negotiate no nothing he says you have too take the day off work for delivery i said that wont work blank stare i guess we cant help you then he says i work retail if somebody comes in my store and wants something delivered that pays that kind of money i take care of it period!!! i dont let prospective customer walk out without taking care of them so im guessing they have too much business that they can be so selective but they dont have my business!!! bad thing is problem was created before i handed them any money i wonder how bad it would be too have problem resolved after the sale!!

Products are cheaply made. Had to return a reclining sofa due to the hardware not properly working. The couch they replaced it with is literally coming apart at the seams. (I've had it less that 6 weeks) If you want to be put through the hassle of receiving garbage and wasting your money and/or time by replacing it, this is your store!!.... Though I strongly do not suggest any purchases through this company.

They are alway really great to do business with. I have been in several times for various items and they have gone above and beyond to help me acquire what I need and stay within my budget. Highly recommend Home Zone and the great guys who work there. I will definitely be back.

Bought chair and couch on a Friday, told they don't have couch, but it will be delivered to store Monday around midday, maybe 1 oclock. Ok we can wait til Monday. Pay for both, take chair home on the spot. Hang out in town Monday waiting for a call til about 4, go in person to check on it, have receipt. He asks for receipt looks at it, says yeah truck is back there unloaded, but haven't checked it in yet we will call you in about an hour or hour and a half. Wait two hours, call them, he said oh no your couch won't be here til Thursday. We were in person earlier you said it just hadn't been checked in. He said no I said "IF" it was back there then we would call you. Waited almost all day Thursday for them to call and finally called them late. Yes it's here ready. Great thanks. Pick it up. Get it home. Unwrap it. Awesome! (Pictured) Call and tell them we need a new one this one is messed up. Ok Monday again, saw that coming, please call us Monday! Guess who has to call... of course WE do. Tuesday. Hello do you have it yet? Yeah it's here. Ok is it good? Have you checked it? No. Can you please check it before we come up there? Yeah we will check it and call you..... they don't call. We call them back awhile later did you check it? Yeah this one is messed up too we will have to get you another one. Face to face with the manager on duty later... We are very frustrated, please help us, when is the soonest can you get us a new couch? "Ummm Monday" MONDAY???? Again? (That's 17 days for something that was promised in 3) Will you deliver it for the inconvenience to help us out. "No. You didnt pay for delivery" Anyway you can get it on the Thursday truck? (Truck comes from Arlington) "No it's already loaded" (acted like this was a crazy idea) I wanted to ask if he even tried to add it to the truck, or why a truck an hour away was loaded and locked in 2 days in advance, but at that point it didn't really matter. Things happen... but lack of communication, and unwillingness to try to make it right (we didn't want money just compassion)... They never made it our problem, it was always just our problem. Returned it and drove to Fort Worth to go to Ashley. Sorry, we tried to keep our business in town.
