I will never stray from,Amazon again!  I needed to make a return and specifically asked if I needed to make an exchange on that huge Maressa pad that was 159$ if they would have UPS pick it up at my house like Amazon always had?  They said no problem.  Well they lied to me.  I am currently disabled and cant drive so I had to pay someone to return it to the local store and then I ordered from Amazon to find a different one.  Never will shop online with them again.  Amazon has my back and businesses! 😎

I would give this store a 5 star if not for a couple of issues. First, the plus size clothing is very limited. There is only a small area designated for them. Secondly, their is never enough cashiers at checkout. There is always a long wait because of this. I’ve actually had to go to the jewelry counter before & I’ve seen associates recommend that customers go to the jewelry counter. Other than that the store is pleasant enough. Always neatly arranged and clean and the sales are awesome.

I came here in search of boys gloves. I searched for a good 30 minutes. Instead of helping me I was followed around by loss prevention and the manager was standing by the exit door. I then asked her if they had any boys gloves and she seemed as though she was not expecting me to  acknowledge her. She then told me they had no childrens gloves (even though its winter). Im very disappointed.

Nobody really bothers to help you, or even acknowledge you. I looked around for a few minutes and everyone appeared to try and dodge me as I wanted to ask a question. The guy at checkout was really nice. But other than that, I wasn't thrilled.
