We actually stayed in two different Home2 hotels (Addison and Grand Prairie). The Addison location was for one night and we enjoyed our stay there (5 stars). We stayed two nights at the Grand Prairie hotel and the room rate was $70 higher per day than Addison. For a fairly new hotel, the carpet in the room had stains throughout and the bathroom door would bump you if not completely closed. The 2 stars are specific to our Grand Prairie stay. We will stay elsewhere when visiting that area of the metroplex in the future.

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Great location.

Nice rooms, but sketchy how they run things. I made reservations for 3 rooms and when the day came to check in, u was told that one room was cancelled due to invalid information? Why did they wait until the day I checked in and not notify me when I booked them? Why did they try to cancel 1 room and not 3? Like I said, rooms are nice but the way they manage is not right. Only reason I got the other room back is because I'm a diamond member. I won't be back

I hosted my daughter's sleepover at this location. The manager and staff memebers, especially Amy were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was A1. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay. Everytging that you can ask for in a Hotel..Dry Cleaning, laundry room, great breakfast, full kitchen, the patio, pool, great team of employees, clean, very nice decorative, nice shower but could upgrade the shower heads, etc. It is worth every penny. The plus to my color coordination is my Green and Blue combined with a splash of bright colors. Just beautiful. I will return! You have to see for yourself.
