We are centrally located in Grand Prairie, across from the BRAND NEW Paragon Outlets. We are located directly off I-20 and Great Southwest Pkwy. We have just recently renovated our Non-Smoking King rooms and placed a 32" LCD TV in each room!

My husband and I were driving back home from our vacay in Florida. Needless to say the drive was long. We were an hour 1/2 away from home and we were done. We asked for a room to lay our head and I was happy that we were not being kicked out at noon like other places. We checked in at 5am and were able to sleep all day. The room was clean and the bed was the best bed I've ever laid on. My husband said I was snoring the whole time so he knows I was resting lol. Well we will come back when we visit our family and friends up here. Sure I can make my drive back home but with such great service why would I. I just wished I could've remembered the clerks name. Black male in his 30's with a great smile and a helpful Attitude loved him. Thanks for allowing a tired couple rest. We will be back. Ramirez family

Very good place to stay. Located conveniently near gas stations and food places. Neat and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff and good service.

When we first checked in, our room smelled strange and the air conditioner was off. As it is Texas and September (aka 95 degrees), this was a major problem. We turned on the air conditioner and went to dinner. When we came back, the room smelled awful and my throat began to close up - I have severe allergies and knew this was mold-related. We immediately notified hotel staff, who had us try the room next door. The room next door had the exact same situation we had seen earlier - hot room, AC off, strange smell - and we declined that room. Staff then had us move upstairs. Upstairs did NOT have a smell, however the hallway AC was not only off, it was unplugged, making the hallway steamy and unpleasant. The AC in the upper room was off and when turned on, did not fully cool the room for over 12 hours. We turned on the AC in the new room and decided to move our luggage upstairs. When we went to move the luggage, we walked by the AC unit in the first room and felt the carpet squish - the unit was leaking, causing the smell. For the rest of the night, we sweated and did not sleep due to the malfunctioning air conditioner in our third room. We also could not connect fully to one of the 5 unprotected wi-fi networks. Our key card holders had a passcode which was never needed (we were never prompted for a code on browsers or via settings) and we never knew which network to use. Throughout the remaining 4 days of our stay, we did not experience further problems.

Great hotel, I was comfortable and relaxed, alwausbenjoy my stay here. Would recommend it to everyone
