Reviews
The woman that I spoke with in customer service was anything but helpful or kind. She was rude and spoke to me like I was stupid. I also was could hardly get a word in edgewise into the conversation. Rude and not helpful. Possibly too big for their britches if they can't even help with problems on their "customer service" line. It is more like the "customer loss" line.
