If you ever consider having anything delivered to you by this company, just STOP. If you order something, whether through retail or online, find out who will be making delivery, and if its these amateurs, cancel immediately or demand a more respectable delivery company. The 2 imbeciles from home delivery link that delivered our refrigerator, who I suspect were high on drugs based on their appearance, created in excess of $2000 damage to our new home with utter carelessness. In addition to scrapping the walls, entry doors, wooden floors, they didn't properly tighten the water line that resulted in a very minor and unnoticeable water leak every time the fridge was using water. A year later, the water damage was finally discovered. These bottom feeders refused to accept any responsibility and we're still talking to Home Depot and GE to get this settled.

Scheduled delivery of dryer from Home Depot on July 14th, but minutes before they were due to arrive we got a call saying the delivery person fell out of the truck. Rescheduled for the 18th, but when they arrived they saw they didn't have the dryer duct that we paid for, and was necessary for the hook-up. Rescheduled again for the 20th (yesterday), and when they didn't arrive at the scheduled time my wife, who was going out of town, called me home from work to meet them an hour past their scheduled time. Well, the unit doesn't work, you have to hold the bottom of the dryer door shut in order to get it to start. My paperwork said to call the delivery company within 48 hours of hook-up. I called within 24 hours, but the lady from HomeDeliveryLink said that there was nothing they could do because the dryer was delivered on the 18th. I reminded her that the paperwork said "within 48 hours of hook-up", and that the dryer was NOT hooked up until yesterday because they didn't have the parts on the 18th. I was told they go by delivery date, not hook-up date, and when I repeated that the contract paperwork says "hook-up date", she repeated that there was nothing they could do. Crappy company that doesn't honor their own contracts. I now have an appointment with the GE repair team, but the worst part is if they can't fix it, they'll have to schedule to have it hauled out, and we'd have to re-order from Home Depot. Guess who they use for delivery? It'll be back to square one with this lousy delivery company! We ordered the dryer on July 4th, but so much for Independence Day, we're having go to the laundry mat until we get this resolved. This really stinks!

This company works for the DUMP furniture store. Only one word to describe the company and that is "unprofessional". We were suppose to have our furniture delivered but they could not do it on previously scheduled time so they just rescheduled our time frame. Of course we could not make it on the rescheduled time frame, so we missed the delivery. We were guaranteed the driver would come back in the afternoon, but he never did. My point being, please be a little reliable and stick to the time frame you promise your customer/s. Please also have your dispatch team communicate with your driver at all time, to make sure that the furniture is being delivered on time. I am truly disappointed.

If you are a carrier or owner operator beware of this company. We took a contract with the The Houston location that they subcontracted for Restoration Hardware and they treat their contractors very bad with no pay. After I worked 13 to 14 hour shifts everyday for 3 weeks, they gave me a check for $2000. I was so mad I was seeing white!! Please do yourself a favor and don't work for this company

Home Delivery Link cancelled a Home Depot delivery due to snow. Fine, but they waited until half the day was over to do it, and UPS and USPS both made deliveries. Then they told me I had to wait three more weeks for delivery. I got them to agree to let me pick it up at their warehouse. When I arrived, no one knew anything about my delivery, and half of the workers walked away from me when I tried to talk to them. Finally one worker (young black man with a red hat) helped me out, found my stuff and helped me load it in my truck. That one guy was awesome. Everyone else was surly and unhelpful.
