This is probably one of the better stocked Home Good stores in the Charlotte area. However the shelving is often disheveled, the staff isn't overly eager to help or assist you, and the lines are usually really long.

The staff is rude, the managers are non-caring when an employee calls a customer a liar.

The most frustrating thing about this is not the store itself. It is one of the customers. She literally comes in every day first thing in the morning and takes all of the Rae Dunn stuff that this store gets. And then upsells it for her own money. What the F*&k.

I like the store at this location, but the traffic around the parking lot is ruleless. HomeGoods mostly seem to hire happy people and the staff is friendly and helpful. This location seems to have a lot of clothes and softgoods, but either the furniture goes quick and I never see it or they don't get the same level of inventory as other stores.
