Amazing customer service. My husband and I enjoyed visiting Goods and working with Tonya. We loved the fact that she was not pushy to buy stuff that we did not need, listened to what we were looking for/our preferences and gave great ideas for furnishings. She also told us of great deals and took us to other outlets sections such as Stanley outlet to look for odd pieces. We had to make several visits as we had short available times. She was always very courteous and professional during each visit and almost stayed over the closing hours to ensure our orders got in. Will certainly recommend this place if you are looking for quality furniture. Looking forward to our first shipment that will arrive tomorrow :)

What a great experience my husband and I had with Good’s Home Furnishings! We were lucky to work with Lena, and she helped us find a small table and two chairs for a spot in one of our rooms. We found the perfect table in the clearance section.  No pressure, just look around at all the beautiful furniture. Delivery was perfect! The two gentlemen that came to our house were courteous and competent. They unpacked, set up all the furniture we purchased (an additional wine bar), and took the trash.  They also put down runners so they wouldn’t mark my hardwood flooring. We will definitely go back to Good’s in the future.

We had an amazing experience with Doug Penn (Vanguard Furniture). I was having a difficult time finding furniture that I liked until we walked into Vanguard. Doug spent 2 full days helping us pick furniture for our home.  We have received all of the furniture and we love every piece.  Star Delivery did a fantastic job shipping our furniture. The furniture was well wrapped and protected during shipment.  We will be traveling to North Carolina in the near future to meet with Doug and buy several more pieces of furniture.

I ordered two console tables from Good’s Home Furnishings, but in separate orders. When the first one arrived, I was so pleased with the attractiveness, quality and sturdiness of the table, and the very competitive price, that I immediately got on the phone and order the second one.  Both orders were fulfilled in a very timely manner, with my agent Ashley ensuring that I got exactly what I needed. I could not have asked for a better buying experience and will be checking with them again should I need additional pieces for my home. I can also recommend the delivery service that they used to ship my pieces across the country. Clearly, both they and their partners are committed to a very positive customer experience. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Discover eCommerce via Goods Home Furnishings – easy / safe / impressive service / fantastic deals / tax free – yes - no tax if purchased outside North Carolina / usually free delivery or minimal delivery charge – all the way to Texas.  I recommend and commend my consultant, Melanie Bowman – well-informed / in-the-know / responsive – all home and business furnishings - just the best.  Buying retail furniture online is not top secret.  I discovered Home Goods Furniture some years ago while surfing for two additional tables from a high-end line manufacturer.  The price was lower, there was no tax and on this purchase free delivery.  The better way to shop furniture – any brand – online with Melanie Bowman – Good Home Furnishings.  Melanie will locate your selection(s) and bring it to you – all without you driving from store to store to store.
