Home goods has a good selection of household items that you might need or good quality items you want to upgrade. The prices are usually 60-75% cheaper then if you were buying at another retail location. Some of the clearance items could be slightly damaged or a color that went out of style for that store.

The retail experience here is generally not the best because the workers don’t care. Which is fine, as long as they could check me out it’s fine. However today I experienced the worse retail shopping experience of my life here. The employee at the cash register was extremely incompetent, couldn’t do the most basic of tasks, and couldn’t figure out the issues we had with our card for us. He lacked training and it was very apparent. The lady who assisted him (our cashier) claimed that our TJX card was over balanced so that was why we couldn’t use it, however after checking my account at home I saw that I still had at least 500$ worth of credit.

Being in this store is like being in a hoarders house! Super cluttered and disorganized.

I spent an hour and a half in this store tonight with my daughter which was my first experience shopping at Home Goods. I found a beautiful sign but unfortunately it was extremely damaged and they were asking $49.99 for it which was highly unreasonable due to its condition. When I called for the Manager, Troy I believe, to request a discount since it was the only one in the store like it, he looked me up and down and told me he would take off $4.00 dollars. What a joke. If I wanted to spend $50 on the sign I would go get one custom-made, which in this case now I will. Aside from the poor customer service, the entire store look like it had been ransacked by a raid and merchandise was everywhere including the floor. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting and definitely was lacking attention. I do not suggest shopping at the store if you're looking for a friendly and fun experience.

Great store, it has something for everyone. I find it difficult to go past it because I always want to pop in and check out new merchandise!
