The women's department of this store is a grotesque joke. Nothing is organized nor appealing. I was looking in the career section for business dress clothes, specifically skirts. The selection is poor, the sizes limited, the organization horrible. I ended up buying an overpriced skirt with a defect in it as it was the only one in my size. I will be returning it. A couple sales associates were helpful and personable while a couple others seemed to hate that they had to deal with customers at all. I expected so much more out of this store. The experiences I've had here looking in the women's section have been depressing.

My salesperson get s A+ First think that comes to mind is caring and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to answer the questions I was looking for. For example, it looked like only a small was available. She could of said small is it. But no she said wait . Did little search and found my size! All this with a pleasant demeanor. To boot it was less than a half hour till closing

Great idea to have nobody at several of the customer service counters RIGHT after Christmas w signs to go to another counter just to see nobody was there either. I had to go to 5 counters w nobody at 4 of them taking 45 min to return 1 item. Good job idiots.

Very nice Macy's. They have great sales. Girls in cosmetics are very helpful and not pushy.

Very nice and clean despite getting ready for a sale the next day. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Macy's location.
