I've spent thousands of dollars at this location and here's what happened to me last night. 1) I had a return. They do not take returns at the customer service desk they point you to the long line. And if you shopped at this place before it is a LONG line.  2) when I finally got to the register the cashier told me even with my receipt and unopened package (mini drone), purchased 15 days before, if I did not have the credit card I used I could only get credit. I find that to be outrageous.  I had to ask for a manager and wait another length of time to reason with him and I got my refund on another card.  Both of these policies are not customer-centric to say the least, but I find them ADVERSIAL.

 I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere. Lastly ...the exact same drone was $ 24.99 at Costco and I purchase it at $39.99 at T.J.Maxx/Home Goods.

It was great. That location never dissapoint me. I go there twice or three times a year. I wish the one in my community is that great. Thanks.

Customer service was outstanding. Comfortable shopping and taking pure time. That encouraged us to find the special treasures always hiding there.
