Went to the mens department to check out and the young cashier girl had a terrible attitude not friendly at all just rude when I asked her about a coupon she had a bad attitude. Jc Penny's needs to have better training on how staff treats customers at this location In Laguna Hills.  No wonder this location was so empty. I have been to other locations before such as Jcpenny's in Brea what a difference how the staff and customer service is at the brea location. I won't be doing my shopping at this location again.

First visit to JCP hair salon in Laguna Hills today 3/13/18.  I had back surgery in December, been barely able to get out of the house since then and way overdue for a haircut.  After getting my eyeglasses adjusted at the JCP optical department, I stopped at the hair salon and asked if they had anyone available for a haircut.  Within minutes, Susan led me to her station.  I was washed, cut and blow dried in 40 minutes.  Susan made sure I was totally comfortable and gave me a GREAT haircut.  I like my hair very short, but I have three huge cowlicks.  Susan conquered the cowlicks and gave me the cutest style.  I highly recommend her and I will be back for sure.

Good value, quality of clothing is good. But the atmosphere feels like they're struggling to stay relevant. However, nothing like K-Mart, where you wonder how they even stay open. I'm rooting for JCPenney

Today I went with my mom to shop. There was no line. Great. We were checking out and the cashier would not stop talking to the other cashier. Not so great. She would stop mid check out to comment on things to the cashier next to her. A cashier's job is to attend the customer not to talk with their friend

I can't tell you how much I hate shopping in JCPenney especially if trying to find a pair of jeans for a male, there's no order to the sizes and the sizes that you need they never have. Who wants to spend an hour looking for a pair of jeans, there should be an easier way  to display your product. JCPenney if you want to survive in this cut-throat retail market you had better do a better job of buying the product that your consumer wants and by all means please have the size that your consumer will need everybody is not short!!!
