It's a pretty average Home Goods as far as merchandise. The employees certainly seem unhappy, as if they don't want to be working there. On two seperate occasions I've seen the manager (Jess?) be rude to his/her customers. Once was being demonstrative over a return to the point a lady followed the couple out the door to see if they were okay. That's a poor way to treat your customers and really makes you want to pass going to the store from now on. An environment that makes both employees and customers uncomfortable.

I was recently in the store and I live 2 hours away approximately and the staff and manager were unwilling to take a pic of a rug and send to me either via email or text in order to decide if worth a trip to teturn to the store for a purchase ($300)

They have a wide variety of products for everyone the prices are reasonable for the value of the product. And there's so many unique things things that you wouldn't find anywhere else they're wonderful they stand out.

Once in a while you'll find a great product with minimal flaws at eye popping low prices.
