I am grateful for the Holiday schedule; however, 20 minutes before 10:00 PM we decided to quickly run and look at the media consoles at this Campbell location, while we were looking the manager, Mary, asked us if we needed help and we said no, since we were done. On our way out, my husband felt extremely uncomfortable since Mary was two feet behind him, therefore he asked her not to rush him since there were still customers at the register, I said to him to ignore her behavior, yet, she was rudely kicking us out of the store and threatened to call the police if we did not leave at that time, 10:03 PM! The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, no one should be treated that way.

We go by every one to two months!! Always seem to find something nice for the house or as a gift to someone in the family!! Prices are always good and stock seems to rotate quickly!!

Sections are marked clearance but items in the section do not have marked down prices on them. There were lots of employees and not one greeted us or smiled. The cashier was particularly unfriendly. There were some very nice items in the store.

I have been "trying" to shop at this place off and on since it opened. It's always messy, no customer service, prices not clearly marked, items not in right spot and I end up walking out empty handed. I'm done!

The staff is fine the shoppers are pretty rude. When you say excuse me they still don't move. I've been here a few times and the customer act rudely.
