I never go to this location and now I remember why.  I went in to sell and they would not let me drop off.  Wanted me to stay in the store for over an hour and then said it would take 7 days to get me an offer!  Really?  Their Kid door has been broke like 2 years- get it fixed!

I constantly bring stuff here. Most of the people who work here are very nice and super helpful. There's one person (I'm not sure if she still works there) who is pretty vague and not super helpful, but most of the women are awesome. I'll continue to buy and sell there.

Used to like this store alot.  Has been closed for several weeks now.  Hopefully they can reopen

Took over 150 items to sell, most had never been worn and were in season.  They said they only kept 29 items.  No one called me to inform me of this.  No one could tell me which items were kept and which were donated.  Good thing I have my list and will be speaking with the manager about this rip off.  I had to inquire a week later when I stopped in to look for a few items for my son.  I have always had good experiences prior to this, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received.  I am not talking about just how much was kept, but they are completely disorganized and it is amazing they do not get people's items mixed up with other.  Also though I think that happened to me this time.  The girl who even presorted my items could not remember what happened with them.  If I could give 0 stars I would.  Management needs to hire new staff who have a clue as to what is going on and are better organized.
