Purchase 1: Online store is a nightmare for returns. They received my return 18 days ago. Several emails and phone calls later and still no refund to my account! But have been told over and over should be 3-5 days.   
Purchase #2: Online store, I received a damaged item, had to email pix of the damage, and then was told before they could refund my money they needed to do an investigation with UPS. (????!!!) 
Very, very unhappy with online experience and my two purchases.
