Shocked by the comments about rude employees! The ladies have always been more then friendly and acommendating! Live this store!

My daughter and I went to this store because she had received a gift card. Ended up not being able to use it at this location since it had been purchased at another location. The ladies working were extremely rude and disrespectful to us. They made unnecessary and snooty comments about our lack of products, as we only found a few items we wanted. Customer service was absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't recommend. Products were good, but a bit overpriced for the name of the store. The location in Twin Falls is much much better.

Having recently moved to Boise from another city, I was excited to discover that there is a Real Deals store here. I was pleased to find that the selection is much larger, and that they still offer nice home decor at very reasonable prices. I did make a small purchase -- but was disappointed in the curtness and unfriendly demeanor of the two employees I had interaction with the day I was in there. Perhaps they were having a bad day. I will go back, but hopefully there will be a happier feeling in the air.
