Great store, even if you are only "window shopping." Sometimes it is nice to just walk around and look and you will find something you need like a giant wooden spoon or socks! The line moves quickly and the employees are very pleasant.

For just return a item, you have to stay on 40 minute line. Does not have a designed line or register for customer service. Very rude representatives,  talking so aggressive to customers. Headquarter of Marshall should take it seriously and start re-training employers for good manners. In this location customer is NOT ALWAYS right.

It seems Homegoods has less home decor and is selling way too much food things and pet stuff...its taken over half the store😵
