Very good store for home needs, personally shopped many times with them and even my last transaction was really great. We get good goods for best prices. You will also find best gift articles in this store. New arrivals for holidays are really attractive. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In case of any returns that easy too. They do have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.

I visited this store for the first time last week and was happy that I found something almost identical to what I sought. More importantly I felt the customer service was excellent. The only thing that holds me from giving this store five stars are the prices. Above all I was VERY impressed with a young man named Christian and another female attendant (can't remember her name) that helped me out. They went above and beyond for me. I was so excited by the end of my purchased I literally squeezed Christian because I couldn't hold in my joy. I'm glad this store has some excellent associates.

After looking for the perfect rug for several weeks, I found exactly what I wanted at Home Goods in Bakersfield. I paid for the room-size rug on Thursday, and planed to have my son pick it up for me the following Sunday. However, on Sunday afternoon when he arrived with the Pink receipt the rug was missing. I immediately drove to the store, which was busy, and was rudely told they couldn't find it, don't know what happened to it, and I could get my money back with no explanation or apology! I asked to talk to the manager, who was not there. The clerk finally said the manager could watch the store video tapes to see what happened, so I should come back the following day. When I went back on Monday at 5:00pm, he was at lunch, and hadn't had time to look at the video tape. This issue has not yet been resolved. That rug was huge, 13 x 9.5 feet and was very heavy. I saw the manager tag the rug, he gave me the receipt and the original tag with the skew along with the pink pick-up receipt. Even though I will get my money back - this whole transaction stinks! How could they lose something that large, or re-sell it before the agreed upon pick-up date?

Lots of stuff . Good prices. Some furniture. Like the name of the store. .they have lots of stuff for your nedting. The name Home Goods is right on.
