So my wife wants to stop by Kohl’s to use her $30.00 Kohl cash before it expires. Lady at customer service told her there is a 10 day expiration grace period...get to check out and the cashier said no grace period and SHE would talk to customer service later but can’t use Kohl’s cash...wife tells her she just spoke with customer service...cashier says “Listen to what I’m telling you NO Grace period”...VERY RUDE AND EMBARRASSING so we go back to customer service ...who says that’s not right you can use your discount. During this time the cashier walks over and  TELLS us your sells has “timed out”...customer services calls for store manager...who shows up ...apologized and gave wife extra 20%off...45mins wasted...want to support stores but this is why I’ve gone to on line and Amazon...

I struggle to shop in Bakersfield Kohls cause they are always a mess. The employees are so busy ringing up the lines of customers nothing else seems to get done.

out of all the times I have been there, the employees were very nice and helped me a lot. the store is full of many choices to choose from.

Great prices good selection once in a while they're out of my size but I got a nice shirt today... And Angie one of the cashiers was so nice I'd like to put in a compliment about her and her demeanor... Me and the grandkids will be back, one of the grandkids got a really nice purse.

Seriously this Kohl's is discusting!! There were 2 hour lines and people every where as much as Kohl's charges you would think the people who shop their would be more classy, and you would think if there was that many people the mangament would organize better and there would be more check out so you could  be in an out!!! I have a credit card through kohls but I will never go to this location again absolutely the worst location I have ever seen!!!!!
