I never saw that bad customer service... unbelievable !!!! Disrespectful and with no piece of consideration... I bought a faucet and some part did not work , it can't be returned or exchanged because they said it was "special order" ... anything there is special order because they don't have anything in store .... BAD REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to KO Kitchen with everything ready measurements and all to purchase my kitchen and they want to charge me $50 for the design and estimate non refundable! Now I went there decided to purchase my kitchen asked if they would deduct that price from the kitchen total since I was sure I wanted to purchase it there and they said no. Now i will go to Panda and purchase the cabinets there. Terrible experience, they just lost a $6000 purchase for $50 dollars. They are ripoff!!

"Horrible experience with my cabinet purchase at Home Ko. I paid them to take the measurements for the cabinet installation and the cabinet arrived with the wrong measurement. The cabinet installer was very professional and excellent at his job. The granite installer they highly recommend was rude and disrespectful to me. The installation of a small kitchen took three weeks full of inconveniences. BUYERS BEWARE!!!"

Great prices and selection, but one negative experience. After spending lots of money and time at HomeKO, my order was entered correctly, but when picking up the porcelain tile, they gave me the wrong size. I checked the SKU and I had ordered the correct one. This was a mistake at the warehouse and it pushed the schedule back for the remodeling of my bathroom. Lack of attention to detail and zero accountability for their mistake!

Great prices and customer service! We selected HomeKo for our kitchen cabinets and counter top and they turned out beautiful!
