In September of 2016 I purchased my third new vehicle in 18 months. Overall purchasing experience for all was very good. The third vehicle is a lemon and had its first issue a week after purchase. Currently working with BBB Auto line to get a resolution since the dealership is unwilling to repair, replace, or buyback the vehicle. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from Homer Skelton Ford of Millington. They will be glad to sell it to you but do not stand behind their product. The customer service in the service department is extremely lacking. I think they have very poor service department since they quickly pawned me off to Ford motor company to have the vehicle fixed. The dealership told me the car was normal and nothing they could do. Tom, an engineer Ford sent, did not do a thorough job in my opinion either. If he drove the vehicle after his supposed repair he would have realized it wasn't fixed. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I have learned a valuable lesson through this whole fiasco. Make sure the dealership is willing to stand behind the vehicles they sale and has a good customer service philosophy. Hopefully you will have better service than I received from this dealership but I wouldn't necessarily count on it. In response to your response that it is a lie. The car was repaired after the better business bureau auto line got involved. The engineer ordered and replaced the whole differential and repaired the problem. Your dealership is the worst service department I ever had to deal with and Randy Hart the general manager leaves something to be desired as well. The only asset for the dealership is Mike West. He is the only person there that wanted to help get the vehicle fixed. It's a shame how your dealership treats people when they have an issue that is difficult to find.

Randy Hart and they entire staff are always professional and they support the Millington community by stepping up with sponsorship dollars . . . They also have some amazing vehicles and will work out what the best deal is for you the buyer do that you leave with a great experience !

We are very THANKFUL & BLESS to have meet the people at Homer Skelton Ford of Millington. Their sale reps are the up most respectful employees that we have ever dealt with. They worked really hard to get us in our New 2016 Ford Fusion. Not only that but everyone took in consideration of our Financial situation & relieved us from a lot of stress. We will tell anyone to go & do business with them. The Willis Family is forever grateful & very pleased.

The mechanic Wade was awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in dealing with him. He will be working on my truck from now on. Very knowledgeable and timely. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it was having Wade as the mechanic on my truck. I would recommend him to anyone. Now for the worst experience of my life. This will be the last Ford vehicle I ever purchase. They do not stand behind their products and their warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on. I purchased a used F-250 with 65,000 miles on it therefore I purchased separately an extended warranty. After a little over 37,000 miles the high pressure pump failed on the truck. Keep in mind that my truck has been serviced by Homer Skelton ever since I purchased my vehicle sometimes earlier than it was needed to be. At this time the warranty company informed me that they wouldn't fix my vehicle due to "water had been thru my system". I refuel my vehicle at the same place every time since purchasing and when they drained my tank they found no water or contaminates. The whole reason you purchase a warranty on a used vehicle is to cover the unknown that the previous owner put the vehicle through. They couldn't prove that I had been the one to get the water in the system or the previous owner did. It ended up being a very costly repair on a very common problem on this vehicle. Mike Drew and Homer Skelton did help where the warranty wouldn't. They took the labor off and $1000.00 off of the parts the repair still cost me $6000.00 out of my pocket along with the $4000.00 that the warranty cost me. I am thankful they did help me where Ford didn't. Ford does not stand behind their products. This is a very common problems with the 6.7L diesel engine and they will not repair the vehicle. They will find a reason not to cover it.
