We went to Perris Ca. and the salesman David Castillo was Very Helpful and Kind. There was no pressure and he answered every question we had. We have talked it over and We will buy from Him. I'm sorry that you others have had problems, but you must try to deal with David.

My husband and I worked with Chris H. who was horrible. He was informed on Thursday we were denied and never reported anything to us until Sunday. The I received a nasty email reporting that if we had questions to contact the lender. I would not recommend this company at all. PLEASE USE ANOTHER COMPANY. I HAVE PLANS TO CONTACT CORPORTE REGARDING THIS MATTER.

They are not pushy at all but will offer a lot of information and suggestions if you are open to it.

RUN! BUYER BEWARE! The reviews on these people are all on point. They are scam artists, its been taking them years to deliver what was purchased. Please do your homework and take reviews into heavy conideration before buying. They have used all the loan funds and have not delievered an adequate product. I do not reccommed them to anyone, they are are a scam and will put you in a horrible situation.
