This is not a good company they will not take care of employees and expect you to brake your back for them i gave them 3years of hard quality work the pictures you see was mostly my work from over 6 years ago the owner tried to make me take blame for a thief on the jobsite (Ralph's) but i refused so he offered to lay me off and give me unemployment. On another job he wanted me and other employees to still another trades (plumbers) ladders for another jobsite. Do not give this company any of your time they don't deserve to have any good workers they will low ball you.

Worked for this company and was promised the world.  Busted my butt,  gained respect from every foreman,  did the jobs right and clean the first time and was laid off after two months, with plenty of work apparently.   Called the owners James and Steve,  no reason as to why I was laid off.  Don't recommend joining this crew.  Their foreman are great,  workers are great,  but the owners are lying through their teeth.  Waste of two months.
