Had the dried citrus peel I needed for oxtail soup.  Also picked up fermented black beans that Berkeley Bowl doesn't have. Picked up a jar of anchovies/small dried fish in oil that looks like it's going to be good with rice. Get ready for older folks that cut the line. It's just the way it is.

This place has the best deal on my favorite energy drink! Also the closest fresh produce to me, so definitely two thumbs up.

Hometown has snacks and some staples that you might need for making a quick meal at home. They have a smaller inventory, but the store itself is pretty tiny and the aisles are packed to the brim. It's not the cleanest spot for groceries, but the cashiers are quick and funny, if you can speak Cantonese.
