Oakland's great Whole Foods, AKA "Whole Paycheck," has a great organic produce selection and packaged food, as well as frozen foods and beverages. They even have a huge selection of cheese and wine. There are some fresh fish and meat here as well as quick food preparation like pizza, and they have a coffee place with seating that welcome those who dine on their salad bar, meal bar, food bar, or dessert bar as well. Check out is quick, and there are very diverse people working here, and I heard Amazon took over Whole Foods recently, but I don't know yet how it affects this one store. Lowering prices is great! Oh yeah, they have roof parking, a florist, and an elevator from parking to store. They also offer outdoor eating and seating as well as plenty of bike parking. I love the selection of health food as well as vitamins and health & beauty supplies.

Clean store and many options. Bakery is amazing and I love the beauty products and soaps they have. My kids love the cheese samples. Parking can be a issue. Floral department can be better.

The store is a converted car dealership, so the building has very tall ceilings and has a very spacious feeling. There is parking on the roof of the building which is awesome, because parking lots are hard to come by in the bay area! There are lots of options for all types of foods (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.) I shop here every week!

Beautiful store! Had a great shopping experience. Margarita went out of her way to help me find a few items that I was struggling to find! The store was extremely busy but she still took the time out to make sure I had got everything I needed!

Pricey but I love it. Lots of healthy eating there. Great salad bar and food bar. Soup is great and there is organic produce.
