This review is by no means towards the new driver!! I ordered a large two topping, medium cheesy bread, and 20 wings. I paid over $32 because I ordered extra sauce. There is a new delivery driver. She came and handed me the pizza and wings. No cheesy bread or sauce was given including the extra sauce. My pizza and wings was cold so I tipped her $5 and she told me she would fix it. She left. I called the manager Clint. I explained to him what all was messed up. He said he would fix it never once apologized. I wait for her to return. I get the cheesy bread, wings, and pizza along with a bag of what I assume is all my extra sauce. I didn’t get any initial sauce and they left out my garlic butter. I called him back, still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tell them what they left out once again. I’m guessing he had my ticket on stand by because He goes on to tell me the cost of the garlic butter was a dollar??? I don’t care how much it is, I paid for it and expect it. He then tells me both delivery drivers are gone. I ask how far the store is because at this point I just really want what I paid for. He said 3.2 miles but then I realize if I left my house my food would be cold by the time I made it back. He never apologized. So I just told him to take my name down and I would get it the next time I ordered. I don’t if i will order there again. Poor management service!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Hometown Pizza in Amory. They refused to honor a printed coupon that was apparently from earlier this year, even though the coupon did not have an expiration date on it. A little silly, and just bad business to lose a customer and gain a bad review for a less than $5 difference on a coupon. The employee (and apparently manager) with whom I spoke over the phone when I placed my order was not rude, but was apathetic towards their mistake and not helpful at bridging the gap in expectation. She argued with me over the phone about the coupon I was literally holding in my hand for 3 minutes. Then I finally offered to bring her the coupon and then place my order in the store, and she informed me that they wouldn't honor it anyway. Terrible experience. I canceled my order and I will not be doing business with them again, which is unfortunate.
